Unfair listing on credit bureau

I’m so hurt and frustrated. I’ve been paying le Morgan every month without fail for the past 3 years and to my surprise on Friday I was trying to get a loan from a bank and I found out that I have been listed on the credit bureau . I almost fainted. Paid them for the full 3 years without fail and I don’t remember getting a call or email about any ereas. But they are able to call when they need people who listed me as a reference. I hate them so much I regret buying from them. They have destroyed my life.
