I bought 9pc Porto Non stick, 4pc Le Morgan Oval Roasters worth R11,999.00 in August 2023. To cut the matter Short they said they will deliver in September after first payment. It was does as agreed, I Loved the Pots they looked beautiful and with quality. They never explained that I have to use only a wooden and plastic s****s , I was excited making a first meal with them, using metal s**** as usual. After dishing up I,very realized the pot was full of scratches, I was so disappointed, the Price does not match the quality, on a usual basis they called to check if I am happy with my product, I told the No, and explained what happened. They said they will tell the customer care to call me back, the next they called for consecutive months explaining about their promotions, no longer helping me about my issue, until one of their employees was will to help, they sent me their whatsapp link , I followed through as usual , I sent those pics as required. On the next day I received a call , the answer I got was it was negligence, nd In order for me to assist there's a fee that I have to pay... imagine I never skipped paying, nd they promised should i encounter a problem with their product they assist . What kind of pots that are sensitive to metal s****s.
