This company is literally a ****. Firstly I asked for my signed contract, and the copy they gave me was different from the one I originally signed. Secondly the pot lid was broken, when they replaced it they gave a different colour from my original set. I asked for a replacement again, still they gave me the incorrect colour. Now they have debited an amount that I did not agree, and the explanation is about a debit missed 9 months ago, nd only being rectified now without a statement reflecting that.
