The worst sale experience with Le Morgan

So yesterday I get a call from Le Morgan, I am advised that I have been selected as a platinum client out of the 94 people selected to receive a free gift which then turns out not to only be free as I need to purchase a bedding set at 62% discount. I was given an installment of R466 per month. After careful consideration and when I got a call from the lady who does verification, I advise her i will not be able to proceed with this as I am unable to commit financially. Fine, she puts the call back to Sihle who was my agent. After discussion with Sihle, i must say this guy is good with force selling shame, cause its as if he looks past everything the customer is saying and only focuses on the sale. Yesterday at 10:50 I call him back after trying to reach him on the number he gave, I advise him I do not wish to proceed with this, I already have an account with them and this new deal will see me part with over R1300 monthly, so I am unable to afford. He says to me, let me call you back at 13:30, safe to say the call only happened at 16:07 and 16:08 when i saw the miss calls and this was after I had received a message from Ram Couriers that they have received my package and will be delivering. This morning speaking to him again seemed futile as the more i tell him but he called me at 16:07 and 16:08, he insists he called me after 14:00, yet I have phone records on my phone and those are the only times i missed the call. I guess its safe to say after the excellent service I got from Thabo with my first Le Morgan sale, this is the worst service received. I as a customer was not heard at all cause the person on the other side's focus was only a sale which he has successfully now concluded. What a cold forced sale this was. This is my last time i would ever consider something from Le Morgan. I will push to settle all of these but I wish to please be removed from their marketing material, for any new offers or anything else possible. It is very bad in these tough economic times when sales agent only focus on the sale and not the financial difficulty they put the clients in. It is what it is, but please do not contact me ever again with any offers or anything.
