Rude Insulting Agent

I requested a Catalogue from Zola *** via Whatsapp oin the 22 November. She then sent it to Me and I never Responded for My own personal Reasons. This Morning on the 30\11\2022 at 09:43 she send me a message saying " You asked for a catalogue and i sent it and you dont reply" . I then responded by saying " Hi' since she did not greet me. She then responded with "Yes" and then I sent her a shocked\Surprised emoji. Zola responded with a Voice note in Zulu, Insulting me . I then told her that I'm going to escalate this matter ,she then deleted the voice note so that I do not have proof. I hope she does not have to work with customers until she has attended the Service Excellence\ Customer Service Training . I demand an Apology from ZOLA herself
