Rude customer care

Rudeness at it very worst. I gave them a call today wanting to changed banking details for my debit order. Those ladies in their finance department were not patient they cut when talking and were harsh while talking to me. I even asked them how will we ever continue with a customer client relationship with them if they are this rude
