Good morning I am not a huge mail order fan but if you cant find in the shops what you are looking for, then you are forced to fo the unwanted. So i ordered a spudnick spiral cutter. On opening the box the item looked flimsy but the prove is in the puding. I took it home and tried it. What a disaster. I pjoned up the company to complain but was 3 times greeted by rude staff. :IF YOU HAVE USED THE ARTICLE WE CAN NOT TAKE IT BACK" was the answer. I spoke to Kobus le Roux who is someone higher up the leather. His explination was. If you buy a car and drive out the showroom you cant turn back and return the car. Yes. Before i buy it i will take the car for a test drive. Here, because i took the flimsy machine for a "Test Drive" i am not allowed to return it. I learned something. We hae got HALLO PETER and before buyjng something have a look there. This wonderfull company has lots of complajnts some even in the thousands of Rands. Good advise. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
