********** and ****med for useless pots

I am very disgusted with le Morgan. They are a very dishonest company. I bought a set of waterless pots in 2018, I was promised a life time guarantee, not knowing that it was just a plot to get my hard earned money. In just a few months after I started using the pots the lids started giving me problems. The lid handles comes of, it does not break it just falls off because they glued the stupid thing on. When it comes of for the first time I thought nothing much about it and they replaced it, but when it happened for the second time I requested to be assisted with a different design of lids that won't give me problems, meaning lids with handles that ***** on at least but my request landed onto deaf ears. Instead they just replaced the lid and closed my case. Now I decided to take out a new pot from the set and use that instead but sadly after just using the pot 2 times the same thing happened the lid handle came of. I contacted the customer care center and to my surprise I was told that I need to start paying for the replacement. So much for life time guarantee. Now I am stuck with a pot that I can not use because the lid has no handle, and the rest of the set I can't use cause I am scared the stupid lids will all be handle less.. I wasted 18 000 buying this nonsense that I can't even use, wish I had bought pots from AMC cause now I have met other sales reps who have promised to assist with my case but they all never get back to me. Why should I pay for their products that didn't meet the quality standards, it's not my fault that their products are cheap knock offs and that they failed to train their reps to be honest instead of lying to clients and rip us off.
