Few years back I had an account with Le morgan, few years later I experienced financial problems after my partner lost his job and ended up not paying the account and I reported to them but any way it was time consuming because my account handed over to debt collector Afcard. I made payment arrangement with them, I was paying on a monthly basis.

after 2 years of paying I contacted them requesting statement to see my progress and balance, and it was provided. Every time I request an updated statement I would get it. few years down the line when requesting statement as usual, no response, but I continue paying but I new in my calculations 1 account supposed to on zero balance by now. I kept doing followups and tried to call them and their number doesnt exist. that's when I decided to stop payment waiting for them.

I never recieved any response nor call from my last email June 2020. I have noticed on credit report Le morgan has been removed. to my suprise yesterday 25.07.2022 I recieved a call from a lady regarding Le morgan debt and I asked her what about it, she said I owe them and i told her I don't owe them, she said I must provide proof .

I asked the lady after all these years you only calling me now, because I requested updated statement years back till today no response or any one bothered to call. She said no the company closed down, I asked her who's fault is that? why was I not informed ? and why you call now? and she said all these years they've been calling other people as I'm not the only one. I told her that I made payment arrangement with Afcard and I have been paying , communicating with them when ever I need statement till I don't get any response but still I continue paying hoping they will respond till I stopped. I asked the lady to send me statement for all payments I made for all these years, then she requested my email address and I told her I won't give it to you as I don't even know you, the person who gave you my cell number is the person will provide you with my email address. Then she dropped the call.

This morning 26.07.2022 I received an SMS: INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUMMONS TO SENT TO THE SHERIFF FOR SERVICE HAVE BEEN ISSUED, WE MIGHT PROCEED WITH JUDGEMENT AGAINST YOU FOR LE MORGAN ACCOUNT. CALL MRTR ***-***

The way I see it on MRTR I have no rights, they want me to co-operate where's they don't want to co-operate. Le morgan & this MRTR of yours I will fight till the end.
