Quality of the product

I bought pots from Lemorgan,and the pan rusts. When I bought the pots the agent told me that if I’m unhappy they will exchange the product. Now apparently there is a fee I need to pay for them to change their PRODUCT. Imagine. RUN, they don’t treat customers well.
