Price hoax

My name is Alysha Govender my contact number is *** I need help as I received a telephone call from a company called Le Morgan indicating that as an existing client having bought pots to the value of R8000 through them and as a platinum winner I have been allocated the following free prizes namely a braai stand, a full bedding set, and a set of curtains. The items were delivered to me with no invoice. At a later stage I saw a debit of R399 being debited off my account. I contacted the company for an explanation and some assistance which was not forthcoming. This was in vain and I then stopped my debit order. It is then that a response was forthcoming from the company who threatened legal action and to blacklist me should I not make payment. I asked for the recording where the agent indicated that I was a winner and to date have not received such except for the threats.

I need help in resolving this from Hello Peter to resolve it.
