Price exploit on airfryer

Le Morgan sold an airfryer to my Mom, coming to approx R8000. She is 75 years old and agreed to pay it off over a year. So just after a year of paying for an EXTREMELY OVERPRICED product it is now not working. And for them to repair it is a set R1500!!!! Doesn't matter what is wrong with it. You can get a Philips for that price and it comes with a 2 year guarantee and Le Morgans only 1 year!!! It took me about two weeks of phoning and sending WhatsApp messages to eventually be told this. No service! Extremely over priced! Very limited warranty!
