**** Pots with **** lifetime guaranty

Am so ****ed right now. I bought the cast iron pots last month and I haven’t opened all of them only used one that started pealing underneath and when I reported the issue I was told it’s not factory fault it’s not their problem they selling the pots as they are if I want a new pot I must pay for a new one .like how is it not a factory fault if the port is pealing make it make sense. And the sales guy who was helping me it will be replaced after inspection
