Poor quality Tornado bullet

In January 2022,my late husband bought me a Tornado bullet, I used it about 5 times, then it started smoking and smelling burned so I stopped using it, amongst what he also purchased was pots, cutlery, crockery for about 18k. He passed on 31 May 2022. I emailed customer service about the issue and only to be told they can't speak to a 3rd party, as he passed away. My goodness what the hell, I was his wife married in community of property,so whereto from here. I'll never recommend these products to anyone not to talk about the pathetic answer I got from customer service from a faulty product. All I wanted was just a replacement.
