Poor quality of pots

I've been a customer of Le Morgan since 2016, I was happy with their kitchen wear up until my last purchase in 2022. I bought a unique version of cast iron make pots which started peeling off the coating inside and the lids are not water tight. The lids hold water between the rims and whenever I cook foam comes out the lids. I lodged a complaint and sent pictures to customer but I was not assisted instead my last call with the consultant he offered me other pots at a price with the similar lid rim I complained about. Towards end of 2022 I had a garnish from SARS and upon their calls I explained my delema of not being able to make payment until further notice of the end payment of the garnish. Lately they've been threatening to serve me with summons yet I've never been assisted with disatisfactory of those pots. Paying off the outstanding amount due to me wouldn't be a hustle as I'm done Paying off the garnish I feel ****** to pay for something that's not value for my money.
