Poor quality and terrible customer service

Poor quality and terrible customer service. I have been a client for Le Morgan for the past 14 years but this time I don't even want to hear their name. they sold me a set of pots Cast Iron pots and Montana dinner set what a waste of my money. the plates are chipping the post are just even worst. Le morgan quality is worst than Marabastad quality. when ever I call to report this they tell me I must buy something new so that they will give me discount as a way of saying sorry what a nonsense is that. I am very disappointed
