Poor Customer Service

I been trying to contact Le Morgan on several account for them to correct my email address because I have not received any of my statements since I purchased from them in December 2024. To date I do not know what my balance is, I have sent emails and called so many times to no assistance, yet they are quick to call for promotion sales!
