Poor condition of items - Bedding and dysfunction iron

I bought a bedding for R10000.00 and also bought iron in 2017 if not mistaken

The bedding is now not in good condition loosing the quality color and the iron is not working. I have reported these to the Lermogan agent as the time I bought they I was told that anytime if they are not in good condition they will be replaced for free but unfortunately no any assistance since I have reported that

Just last month Lermogan agents came to my work for sales and I explained the same issue to them and they did the same that I should give them my details for them to make follow up for me to get the items replaced - no feed even now

Why the agents keep on lying to us as customers about their products where as they fail to fulfill their promise in the name of Lermogan
