Nothing gets replaced or repaired as they promised.

The worst day of my life when I decided to buy items from Le Morgan....1. I bought pots from them and I was told that they have a life time guarantee. Within 5 years lids handlers(3 out of 4)became loose and started to fall apart and rusted now.1 pan has rusted beyond . I reported the matter to them. The answer I got was they no longer have those pots but they can sell me another set. 2.i received 3 piece luggage set and same story I was told life time guarantee. Within 3 months (wheels, handles and zips)they were all broken. Same answer given. No stock but they can sell me another one. Nothing gets repaired ,nothing gets replaced as they promised. I don't wish people to experience what I have experienced with Le Morgan. Bad service.Waste of money.
