No Value for money

Le Morgan with expensive products with no value for money, they promise lifetime guarantee on their products. I bought aluminium pots, and they paint inside is coming off, when i call Le morgan I was told that those pots have been discontinued because customers are experiencing the same thing. We had a long argument with the customer care lady regarding their products and service and when I requested the call record, the lady told me that she won't give it to me because I don't a valid reason and she won't assist me further. I was frustrated because the price we pay for Le Morgan products is high for the products to not even last 5 years. I feel ******
