No response on Cancelation of order

I was called by a sales person at le morgan and she said I'm one of customers selected to get a discount. This bedding is priced at R9 999.when my bedding arrived I could not match the quality with the price so I called and said I'm canceling the order and now it's been a week they not responding to my cancelation I have made followup and still nothing
