My horrible experience with Le Morgan pots
I recently bought the Le Morgan waterless stainless steel 10 piece pots for R20 000. After using them once the pots had water marks/ stains. The first pots I received from them had the same problem, after using them once and leaving them to air dry on my sink they had water marks which could not be removed by soap and water. I contacted the customer care and they sent over a new set of pots. After using them I decided to wipe them with a cloth instead of leaving them to air dry and I experienced the same thing as the previous pots and they looked much worse than the first set. When I bought those pots, I bought them with the idea that my days of soaking pots over night are long over. Well I was wrong because I was told that in order for me to remove the water marks, I must use chemico and leave it for 3hrs. I start cooking supper at 6pm, I finish at around 7:30 and I must still soak those pots for another 3hrs. I actually go to bed at 23hr cause of pots I thought would make my life easier. After sharing my grievances with the manager she basically told me to deal with it. Those pots were a gift from my husband but they have become a total nightmare, especially for the price paid for them. Le Morgan pots are honestly not worth the R20 000, the quality does not match the price at all
