Misleading customers

On the 7th of December I received my Bedding Duvet set. Which I wanted a comforter set. And I was told I got discounts and free gifts.. but that's nowhere to be found

The week after Xmas I washed it for the 1st time and on the 28th of Jan I washed it for the 2nd time.

When I called customer service they told me on the washing label it states that it's hand wash only. When I checked the label it doesn't state hand wash only.

So I called again and rhe lady told it's the do not tumble dry symbol that tells the consumer that we not allowed to wash it in the machine. So today I called in and the guy said they can't do anything. So now Le Morgan wants me to pay off R13 499 for things I'm not using.. why didn't the sales rep tell me about this..
