Manipulating and taking advantage of customers.

My mother was recently ****med by Lemorgan, and their sales rep that goes by the name of Lawrance Dube, contact number 060 454 ****. She was convinced to purchase pots and would get a braai stand for free. Initailly she did not want to purchase the pots, but Lawrance Dube promised her a braai stand, and she eventually gave in. The Pots were delivered without the braai stand and she was told that they are out of stock and the braai stand will be delivered at a later stage. It has been more than three months now and she has not received her braai stand as promised. I think it is horrible to manipulate our mothers like this. The company and sales reps are taking advantage of our mothers because they are older. I have launched a complaint via customer care, but no we received no response. this leads me to believe that they are doing this deliberately. No one is being held accountable for this. It is really disappointing and devastating. Even when we called in, they just said that there is nothing they can do about it. Its like they do not even care that the incident happened. Please be careful of Lemorgan.
