Lemorgan removal from ITC

Good day. I'm writing this with utter disappointment. I had an account with le Morgan I had purchased pots worth 11thousand if not less,i had faulted by skipping payments which led to the account being on arrears and eventually a bad credit record, also placed on the ITC. So I made payment arrangements with the suggested lawyers and my final payment was towards month end of November 2023. I then called Le Morgan the following week to check if the account has been closed and yes it was closed and they adhered to my payed up letter request. As we speak the account is payed up and closed and I have a payed up letter from Lemorgan. The only problem is I had called in to find out when will I be removed from the ITC and the consultants could not assist me they referred me to the law firm that was collecting payments on their behalf.when I called the law firm they referred me back to lemorgan and cause they can't assist with queries,been taken pillar to post frustrated me further. I then called Le Morgan with the final attempt... All I got was I should wait for 8weeks to be removed from the ITC. We are on February 2024 and im requesting an URGENT REMOVAL from the ITC. My inability to qualify for certain loans because of this is just beyond annoying.
