LeMorgan is a bunch of ****** - They will take your money and you will have nothing to show for it.

I have canceled my layby with your company and was told by Rose that she will get a lady (Mbali) from the Layby department to contact me. When Mbali called back I was informed that I should return the debit order on my banking app or contact the bank to return as LeMorgan dont do refunds. I have done so and the Bank have informed me that they can not return the debit order as it is a debi check and that your company must do the refund back into my account. I have been trying to get my money back to no avail and NOBODY is listening to me. Your accounts and layby department refuses to return my funds.

When calling I am told that Mbali is busy and is unable to take my call and that it will be asked of her to return my call which she has never done apart from the callback received on 05/10/2023. No call backs was received after that.
