Le Morgan sells poor Quality luggage set with no lifetime guarantee as promised

I bought a luggage set and all four of the suitcases have got a very poor quality lining, i used the big one once and it was not even full but when i closed the zip that material was torn. Same thing to the other one so i tool the third one trying to see if is the quality better just buy stretching it by hand i could see that it was about to tear apart. I informed le Morgan customer service and I was told to pay R850 in order to get a replacement, when I refused they then said unfortunately those luggage sets do not have a "life time guarantee "that time when the sales person came to my workplace they said all their items have got a lifetime guarantee, otherwise I would have never purchased such an expensive luggage set if it wasn't for the lifetime guarantee ,only to find out its poor quality.
