Le morgan selling a lie of lifetime guarantee

I bought most goods at le morgan and told is life time guarantee, I only find out today that is lie.I have been told to pay 400 for lid that decided to come out because of heat while cooking.They are everywhere selling lies to clients fronting with Sso called lifetime. Blantant lie.....
