Le Morgan Refuses to return the pots

I bought pots on the 20th of July, after realising I wasn't happy with the pots on the 21 July I contact Le Morgan request to return the pots, the call center lady assured me that an agent will call me to resolve this, this didn't happen until I called again on the 18 August and I was promised the same thing, on the 19 an agent contact me telling me I won't be able to return the pots as they 7 days has lapsed
