Le Morgan pots

I bought Le morgan pots in 2022 but I kept them since I was going to move to a new house but the contractor took 2 years to finish the house. I only used the pots on the 9 March 2024 since we moved to this new house the smallest pot started to peel off the bottom part and started to be brown at the bottom the lid peeled off the red part. As i was still experienxing the other followed started to turn brown underneath and handles peeling off when I laid a complaint to the agent she promised to change them and one of Le morgan consultant called me saying that I put my stove on high and I rold them its not the first time I cook Ive been cooking since I was 16 Im now 46 and when they market their pots they say you don't need to use steelwool and its waterles and it lifetime pots but now every rime when I wash those pots I feel like crying because I still pay those pots but they only took 3 months because the problem started in May alread. Those pots was 18000 and Im just paying for pots that i can not use and theres another lady that promised again to change them until now. Please help.
