Le Morgan Poor Customer Care

I have been trying to get assistance from the Le Morgan customer Care Centre to return an order which was delivered to me. I was given a whatsapp number to follow prompts and send pictured of the order i want to return. I followed that process but over a week i have been saying "hi" on that whatsapp number with no response. I attempted again to call the land line number *** some rude receptionist answered telling me i must just wait because that is a company whatsapp number not a personal whatsapp. I've also attempted sending emails to *** over two weeks with no response. I believe this is very poor services and I don't know now what to do to get this order returned.
