I brought set of pots and airfryer in 2023 September, I was happy with the products until airfryer broke last year November, called them they said since it was negligence I should pay R1500 then they will fetch it and fix it, paid amount on the 30th November 2024, send POP them till today I still have a broken airfryer nobody called me or anything
