La Morgan pots

I had such a bad experience with La Morgan, the only thing they care about is selling but once a customer has complains they don't attend to them..

I have communicated with them multiple of times regarding the pot lid and was instucted to make payment in order to receive a replacement. I than made payment but haven't received anything when I call them, they tell me about their new products instead of fixing my current problem.
