I have a 2pc bakeware - blue, I used the dish in the oven like I normally, the dish started cracking in the first oven and started leaking. When I call your call centre ( Siphiwe) customer care tells me that you will replace the 28cm dish with the 24cm and I am required to pay 50%…how is that a life time warranty? How is that a replacement? When you want to give me something smalller and I must pay(the consultant said go and read on our website and we are atleast giving you something). He said he would call me back in a hour that was 5hours ago and I still did not get any assistance
