Worst company to actually buy something with. Today the consultant who called following up on payment called me a *****. This was because I explained the frustration I felt with them doing same thing monthly having advised them to cancel the debit order. On a monthly basis without fail before my debit order date I make payment of the account. The company won’t look into the account but will call and send sms’s with huge outstanding arrears that are not there.

If you want peace of mind don’t buy their products. I will definitely not, even want to give away their pots, that’s how much I no longer like the brand.
