We bought a set of pots from Le Morgan to the value of R30 000-00 with the promise that they had a life time guarantee. After few use the pots started to fade the logo name on the pots started to fade away. The handles of the pots a worrying hot. My wife contacted Le Morgan and explained the issue. She was told to pay a fee of R3000.00 which sounded unreasonable for the goods that were said to be guaranteed for life. The agent that had sold her the pots failed to give explanation and the manager that she spoke to denied the life guarantee promise. Le Morgan proved to be selling **** goods and to be *************. Looking at the value of the post and the quality of the pots, it is evident that Le Morgan ripped us off.
