Good morning, My name is kgomotso Ruth Nconcoza. I bought a set of luggage at Lemorgan on laybye last year .I paid the agreed installment for two months and on the third I agreed with them to take double the amount but later they took double whereby I didn't agreed with them.On top of that it exceeded the 5 months laybye agreement.I tried to call them to ask them when are they going to deliver and I can't find them.Later I went to the bank and reverse the two double deduction and the first two was unable to reverse.I wrote an Email whereby I request my refund as they didn't do according to our agreement.They said they will deduct R200 until today they haven't refund me.
