Frustrated and Angry

This has been the longest that i have struggled with creditors i am really frustrated that no one is contacting me and it is even attempting to sort my credit profile out. i have not opened any accounts and ive called and fought this battle, my lifelyhood is so damaged i cant move forward in life i really need this to be done away with ***** was done under my ID how can investigations not be done. please get me assistance and call me to sort this out
