False Lifetime Guarantee -Poor Quality & Service

I regret ever buying from Le Morgan. I purchased my pots just two years ago, and already two of the lid knobs have broken, and now the pot handles are also damaged. When I asked for help, I was told I must pay to have them repaired or replaced, plus cover the delivery costs to send them to a warehouse in Durban.

This is not what I was promised when I was told the pots came with a “lifetime guarantee.” It feels like false advertising, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the products and the service. I am a very unhappy customer, and I would not recommend Le Morgan to anyone
