False advertising (faulty kettle)

I bought products from them in 2023 that I have not used, recently I tried using my kettle and it was not working. Now when I ask for assistance I was told that the kettle had a 1 year warranty which was not communicated to me on purchase.

They are doing false adverti*****t and it is not right. The sales person was only told me about the lifetime guarantee and now I am being told about warranties. The person that was assisting me even had the audacity to tell me that it is my fault I should have checked the kettle after I bought it and that she can only assist me with buying another kettle. I did not know I was dealing with ****** that would give me something that was not working and expect me to pay for it.

Like I said to the person that I spoke to, the only reason I will continue making payments is for my credit record, otherwise I would be reversing all the payments I could possibly reverse. These people need to be stopped, we pay ridiculous prices for their products only to be ****med by them.

This is a warning to everyone, the lifetime guarantee does not exist.
