Failure to treat customers with accordance

I have never been disappointed in my life like I am now! I've been with Le Morgan for 6yrs now, my kitchen is Le Morgan which I would brag about to everyone about, my problem started last year November when I ordered and didn't get what I ordered and I notified them they apologized and I let it slide, this year they called again and everytime they call they would remind me that I'm a PLATINUM customer and they would ask about the previous products I've ordered and then sell whatever they wanna sell to me, so I placed an order and they promised to give me 5 gifts to also cover up the gift they failed to give me late year till it was out of stock. So my products were delivered but it was not what we agreed on I called them and texted them on WhatsApp and till today the matter hasn't been resolved they also promised to renovate my kitchen in September now my question is how are they gonna manage to renovate my kitchen while they're still failing to deliver correct orders??? I am really disappointed on Le Morgan and I want to cut ties with them my current account will be the last account I have with them!!
