Failed to get help from Le Morgan

I ordered cast iron pots at Le Morgan on the 2nd of April 2024 and they got delivered on the 9th of April 2024, however the very same night when I used the pots they got burned underneath and Food was sticking, mind you I was informed that the are non stick. Immediately I took pictures and videos to send to the sales lady. On the 11th April after sending them a WhatsApp I received a call from Wendy that I must use a certain product for cleaning them, however on the 17th April I received yet another call and the guy by the name of Sfiso told me the was nothing he can do according to the policy and my points cannot be exchanged and I can't get what I want. I mean onlyused the pots for 1 days. I'm sitting with pots in my house that iam not using and I'm not happy about wherelse I'm expected to pay every month. I truly need help
