Don't know whether to call it ******** or what

I hate it when someone/company make me pay for their faults . We agreed on the deductions to be done on the 1st of every month. Now they decided once in a while they take it on any other day so that I pay extra fees .As if i have a jackal's nose to keep funds in my account. They are ******** on my account now by deducting whenever they want.
