DON'T BUY LE MORGAN POTS YOU WILL PAY FOR FACTORY FAULTS

I bought my pots on the 24th June 2022 and started using them around October 2022 then I started experiencing a problem with the small pot and the lid.I did complain and they collected pot and lid to my suprise today they only replaced the pot not lid how stupid is that because both lid and the pot had the same problem now I'm stuck with a brand new pot and old lid with marks I'm told they didn't see any problem with a lid I must send photos when I send photos apparently they can't see the problem and if I insist I must pay for replacement imagine I own AMC pots even after 20yrs they can still assist without any charge and my AMC pots are still in good shap.I REGRET BUYING LE MORGAN POTS I REGRET
