Distasteful Service!

I have had an account with Le Morgan and all was well. Missed a payment, received a call and made arrangements yesterday and this morning I am getting a distasteful message yet my arrangement is for month end.

I took my time to call and follow up, the lady in Accounts did nothing but gaslight me.

Reminding someone to pay is not wrong but your choice of words matters.

I am so disappointed and I can't wait to cut ties!
