Debt review

1st of all the sales reps force their products on you that even when you said no it is still sent to your house. Now that it was there me and my Fiance said okay we will sign the contract. Paid for the installments and then of course lockdown and Covid 19 happened. She did apply for relief and one of the agents contacted her and gave her a lower rate which was affordable at the time. She was then contacted on Friday the 25 September 2020 where she was informed that she has been given over to the attorneys because she was behind on her payments which she did make the payments at the rate that was given to her. I am sure that we can agree that the Covid 19 impacted all of us we have not even used one single pot it is in the box we did however open the box but just to see the products. The agent that she talked to said that if the box was open that it can't be taken back and I am sure that I have consumers rights. I want a reply as soon as yesterday otherwise this would also reach the newspapers.
