Crocket sales reps who over promise and under deliver.

I am very disappointed in the manner that I handled by their sales rep as well as their account department. In November they offered me a convection oven and I told him that I am interested but I will not be able to afford it. The sales rep told me that it's bargain that I cannot miss because what he can do is that they will just debit one instalment to secure the deal and will only pay it once I am done paying the current credit I am having, That how I agreed to sign up for it. The first installment was debited in December as per the '' agreement'' to my surprise was debited again in January. Then I called the sales rep in question to try and find out what is happening now, he was very rude towards me, he couldn't give me a proper explanation and ended up hanging his phone in my ear. After that he totally ignores my phone calls. I went as far as their customer service who concurred with me that I was unjustly treated and said that they will refer me to their account department of which they told me that there is nothing that they can do, I just have to pay because I already opened the package even though they do agree that the sales rep did not follow the correct process. I need a resolution to this matter because this is mis-selling and misrepresentation if not so am going to log a formal complaint because if this is how you operate then we as consumers our rights are being violated.
