C Motshwari

My name is C Motshwari bought waterless pots,cast iron pots ,dinnersets,so many things I can count from them and was told it's a lifetime guarantee,to my surprise I called them to tell them about the changes in the pots and also send a WhatsApp to prove but unfortunately was disappointed that customer care lady told me I must pay a fee when they exchange for me which was never told about this when I purchased the goods. No transparency from their sales people about such, I regret buying and wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase from them. I'm not prepared to pay for what I was never told about .Not happy at all being the customer to receive such treatment .
