******** blacklisting

I was checking my credit profile and I discovered i am blacklisted by Lemorgan, i took pots with them in Mach 2021 and i have been paying them every month to date I missed 2 payments in 2022 but i payed them in full. My account is up to date and I am not in arrears with them but I am blacklisted what for? I don't know, this is affecting my credit profile and my score negatively as i am busy with renovations but i cant take credit bcos of them. i have been trying to contact them to get clarity with no success as the numbers on their website do not go through, can they fix their mess because this is affecting me.
