Bedding payment

In 2022 I bought bedding from Le Morgan for the total amount of R14999, which I am paying in installments for two years I'm paying R499 per month. Sometime last year the bedding started to torn out. I called Le Morgan indication the situation of the items which started to depreciate in quality. I was told that the bedding does not have a guarantee even if it's spoiled while you paying for it it wont be replaced like other items.. I feel my money just went down the drain. Kindly help.
